Partner WOD to honor the fallen LEO's, K9's and military that were killed in the line of duty/KIA in 2016.

-34 represents the K9's killed in the line of duty in 2016 

-26 represents the US Military KIA in 2016 during Operation's Freedom's Sentinel, Inherent Resolve, Iraqi Freedom and Odyssey Lightning

*** Movement Standards***

Only 1 person works at a time, reps can be split however teams choose.

-Shoulder to Overhead: The start of each rep will be the front rack position. The end of each rep will be counted when full lockout of knees, hips, shoulders, and elbows is achieved.

-Front Squats: Bar starts on the ground & must be cleaned up to front rack position, hips and knees extended; straight line down the profile of the body. Hip crease must reach below top of the knee. Finish with hips and knees fully extended. No reps: Not reaching full extension & not going below parallel. A full squat clean will count as a repetition as long as all the above requirements are met.

-Deadlifts: Starting at the floor, the barbell is lifted until hips and knees reach full extension with the head and shoulders behind the bar. The arms must be straight throughout. No bouncing.

-Bar Over Burpees: The chest and thighs touch the ground at the bottom. You must jump over the barbell from both feet and land on both feet. One-footed jumping or stepping over is not permitted.

There will be optional individual and team challenges to compete in as well, such as: 1 min. max air squats, 1 min. max hand release pushups,. 500m row for time, max dead hang/strict pull-ups, 1 min. max tire flips, truck pull/push, heaviest deadlift, etc.
